According to a new tip, the iQOO 15 Mini is finally being tested with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ chip.
We first heard about the compact model a few months ago. According to reports back then, the company was considering two chips for the phone: the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 or the Dimensity 9500+. The former was reportedly the company’s first choice for the phone, but it appears they have changed their mind.
According to reputable leaker Digital Chat Station, iQOO is now testing the Dimensity 9500+ chip for the phone. The account also echoed earlier details about it, noting it is indeed a compact device with a 6.31″ 1.5K display.
According to rumors, the iQOO 15 Mini may also be referred to as the iQOO 15T. We have also heard that the phone will feature a massive 7000mAh battery, which is currently being tested. DCS earlier claimed that the phone would be released by the first half of 2026.
