Nubia Z80 Ultra design, accessories, sample shots shared ahead of Oct. 22 debut

Nubia unveiled the design of the upcoming Nubia Z80 Ultra model and also shared some of its camera samples. Meanwhile, several leaks revealed some of the phone’s key specs.

According to the company, the smartphone will be introduced in China on October 22. In the coming weeks, the model is expected to arrive in the global market.

The brand also shared an official poster of the phone, revealing its design, which is significantly similar to its predecessor. The phone comes in Phantom Black and Glacial White, and it has the same Starry Sky Collector’s Edition variant we saw in the Nubia Z70 Ultra.

Nubia also showcased the phone’s camera accessories, which allow it to transform into an actual camera tool. The package includes detachable lenses, cases, a lace, and more.

To underscore its power as a street photography camera, Nubia also shared some of its sample photos.

Meanwhile, new tips share some of the phone’s main details. This includes its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which was confirmed by its Geekbench listing. Alongside the SoC, the listing also showed it with 16GB RAM and an Android 16 OS version. A tipster from China also claimed that the device is armed with a huge 7200mAh battery with 90W wired and wireless charging support. Despite its huge battery, the phone is allegedly only 7.8mm thick and 225g light.
