Ahead of the Oppo Find X8 series debut, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the schematic of the lineup’s vanilla model. The illustrations echo earlier rumors about the phone, including its flat display and a new rear camera island design.
The Oppo Find X8 is expected to launch in October. The series includes the Find X8, Find X8 Pro, and Find X8 Ultra, but the last model is reportedly coming a bit later (early 2025). As the month approaches, DCS fueled the anticipation for the series by releasing the schematic of the Oppo Find X8.
The tipster didn’t name the model in the illustration, but based on its detail, it can be deduced that it is for the standard Find X8 device. To recall, the Find X8 Pro and Find X8 Ultra are said to come with micro-curved displays, while their vanilla sibling will get a flat one.
According to the images shared, the Oppo Find X8 will indeed have a flat display, which comes with a center punch-hold cutout for the selfie camera. The Power and volume buttons are placed on the right of the device, while the left is armed with an alert slider.
On the back, the phone will generally still have the same design as the Find X7, which has a huge circular camera island in the back. However, unlike the current flagship model, the picture shows that the Oppo Find X8 will have a new camera arrangement in the module, wherein the Hasselblad logo will be placed in the middle.
In addition, earlier leaks and reports revealed that the Oppo Find X8 will get a Dimensity 9400 chip, 6.4″/6.5″ 120Hz OLED with 2760 x 1256px resolution, a 50MP main camera, a Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto unit, a 5600mAh battery, and Android 15.
