The key specifications of the Red Magic 11 Pro series have leaked online, and it might impress fans again with its high-end details.
Nubia is now preparing the series, as suggested by its earlier appearances on some platforms. To recall, the Pro model visited Geekbench and tested its chip. Now, it seems the brand is nearing the final stages of its preparations.
Ahead of Nubia’s official announcements, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed some of the series’ key specifications. According to him, the Red Magic 11 Pro series will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. In Geekbench, the SoC was tested with 16GB RAM and Android 16, allowing it to secure 3,309 and 10,742 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
Moreover, DCS claimed that the phone would house a huge battery with a capacity of around 8000mAh. Its flat display will also impress, thanks to its 3D ultrasonic fingerprint and famous under-display selfie camera technology.
The main highlight of the series is the water and dust-proof fan. To recall, the K13 Turbo series was first introduced with the tech. However, the Oppo models were limited to IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 ratings. If true, this means the Red Magic 11 could offer more protection than the K13 Turbo series, which is limited to IPX ratings. To clarify, IP68 and IPX8 both have high levels of water resistance. Yet, IP68 also offers protection against dust, while IPX8 only specifies water resistance.
Ultimately, DCS shared that Nubia would have its conference in October to announce the Red Magic 11 Pro series.
