Xiaomi Black Shark 4

Lack of consumer respect. No updates, support parts or anything

I bought this phone in August 2021 but I never received any updates. I use android 11 and JoyUI 12.5.

just tell us!!! why why never get update like other phones . shouldn\'t buy this series any more?!?

I will never buy a xiaomi again... because the Black Shark 4 never got an update, it can happen with any xiaomi phone

We need urgently an update for global with android 13 . we are still in android 12 and phone was launch one year ago in malaysia and spain ..

Great phone, but it doesn't receive updates

Absolutely love this phone I picked it up refurbished from Amazon during a sale and it games as well as my steam deck no joke

I need update my software phone

It\'s 2023 and still no update for Android version and JoyUI :( Low satisfaction, just because of updates. But overall, it\'s Black Shark usual problem. It\'s not my first Shark, owned 1 and 2 before :)

There\'s no software update for about a year now

Bough it in June 2022, only got 1 minor update since. The promised Android 12 in Q3 of 2022 never happened.

Bought this as soon as it came out since my last phone had issues, and this one works really well most of the time. My only issue is that it has not received a single update since I bought it, and when I try to update it, I am met with a pop-up saying it is fully updated, which it isn\'t because it\'s on Android 11, and the last security update was March of 2021. Speakers are ok, but definitely far from the best I\'ve seen on a phone

The system is not updated and needs to be updated

The phone is top for its money, but there is still no Android 12, although there was information on the network that Black Shark 4 will receive JOYUI 13, on Android 12. Better take 5 Black Shark

this phone is cheap and running like a boss ...believe me ...sd 8gen 1 vs sd 870 about the same perfomace .i already compare it..sd 8 gen1 just to hyper about it perfomance..

Why haven't I received an update a year ago?

I would like a memory expansion for this gaming smartphone like other Xiaomi cell phones have. And update to Android 12

Very nice phone, inconsistent updates unfortunately and if you are a camera enthusiast - not a perfect choice. For everything else from gaming to business and multimedia and productivity - perfect!

I bought this phone 2 months ago so far no issues except for no AR support

This phone have 144 Hz refren rate not just 60. It have a fast snapdragon 870 5g CPU . It need more attention on software .
