The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro models in some European markets have smaller batteries than their Chinese counterparts.
The Vivo X200 series debuted in China in October last year and was later introduced to the global market. While the X200 Pro Mini remains exclusive to the Chinese market, the vanilla X200 and X200 Pro are now available globally.
As expected, there are some differences between the Chinese and global variants of the X200 and X200 Pro. One is the battery size of the international models, which is smaller than that of their Chinese counterparts.
To recall, the X200 and X200 Pro debuted in China with 5800mAh and 6000mAh batteries, respectively. However, as spotted by folks from GSMArena, while some countries have the same capacities in the said models, some markets in Europe have received lower battery ratings.
In Austria, the Vivo X2000 only houses a 5220mAh battery, while the X200 Pro in Austria, Germany, and Hungary only has a 5200mAh battery. This is a huge drop compared to the models’ siblings in China, not to mention that the X200 Pro Mini even has a bigger 5700mAh battery.
